In my attempt at healthful living,

I'm considering enrolling in this online course - (thank you Amy Baron!) Please see their site here for further information. Enrollment closes tomorrow, Monday, February 22nd at 5pm PST so I'm needing to make my decision today... anyone follow this blog?

Onomatopoeia: a word that imitates the sound it represents.

WHAM! SPLASH! KERPLUNK!
Why not cut straight to the chase? Man I need less 'rabbit trails' and 'silver-linings'... I need more reality checks and the ability to adapt to that reality. I need to be able to look at myself, smile and think 'it could be worse.' Don't waste my time on telling me how beautiful it was to nurse my children when you're trying to talk about saggy boobs... don't talk to me about how my tiny body held an entire baby when you're talking about my now raisinesque belly... lets just tell it how it is.

Onomatopoeia always sounded to me like iwannagoapeea... and it made me laugh that the actual definition was 'a word that imitates the sound it represents'... my title is a little crass and unclassy - an accurate first impression, I think.
